It has been 15 months since I started on this journey and I am proud to say that I have finally done it. No fancy diets or magic pills. I did it just counting calories using the MyFitnessPal app.

Great job. Counting calories is not as popular are the fad diets and magic foods but it does work.

Congrats!

I lost 94lbs using keto and then just eating better/exercise over a course of a year.

Started at 278 and ended at 184. Felt good!

I’m in my mid 30s. I graduated high school at 230. I graduated college at 230. Then thyroid cancer I went up to 250lbs. Then I quit smoking and climbed to 265 and then a foot injury that left me on crutches for 2 months and I gained another 13lbs to 278.
