Mineral rights are a thing of the past. I live in the area. We are kind of clannish I guess maybe? Especially toward out of state idiots who build new fence and hang "Posted No Trespassing" signs every 50'. Nothing spells Texan quite like that here.

My ranchett in between Antlers and broken bow. North into the woods. Love it out there Cheap living and taxes are a few hundred a yr.
