Supreme Court Opens Door to Sandy Hoax Families’ Suit Against Gun Maker
Remington

https://www.breitbart.com/politics/2...nst-gun-maker/

Wow, is this ever opening a big, wide door.

I have been wishing for years that the families of victims of illegal alien drunk drivers could sue some one with deep pockets. Now, with this decision, it looks like those families can sue the vehicle manufacturer of the vehicle the drunk used. If they can find a beer can in the vehicle, then that brewer gets added to the massive law suit. Bring it on.

Imagine, able to sue a manufacturer for something someone does with their products after they are sold. Someone beats someone to death with a DeWalt tool, sue DeWalt. Kathryn Steinle 's family can look at suing the manufacturer of the trash can that the illegal invader who shot and murdered her claims he found the gun in. The possibilities are truly endless.

And that is why it is unconstitutional.

I assume it will get overturned on the first test case.

Also, Sandy hook was a false flag. IMHO.

the government will not allow a court to go into a discovery.

FYI, I was being facetious. Yes, it is a terrible decision that will just cause lots of problems, and crash the economy if it doesn't get stopped at some point.

It is just a "politically correct", bad decision to a ludicrous gun-grabbing case that should have been tossed by the first court that it went to.

The judicial system is as corrupt as all other parts of the government. The swamp is all encompassing and about to flood over all of us.

Everyone is jumping the gun here. This probably shouldn't have made it to the USSC now. The case returns to where the plaintiffs will need to prove that Remington’s lawful advertising of a legal product violated the Connecticut Unfair Trade Practices Act (CUTPA), the only claim remaining in the case, and that it somehow caused Adam Lanza to murder innocent victims.

The supreme court hears a small percentage of cases that come to them. Just because they didnt hear this one doesnt mean they support it.

Exactly!

Also AFAIK; there is no case to appeal or for SCOTUS to reverse etc. there is at least one other thread where this is explained in easy to understand language.

You seem to be one of the few who actually understands what's happening.
