Default Joe Biden: Surrender Your AR-15 or Register It With the Government

Advertise Here

Not that Shotgun Joe is likely to be going anywhere near the White House again any time soon, in any official capacity anyway.

This should help get some of that Ukraine heat off him a bit for now.

(Im still thinking this whole Ukraine thing is a Trump trap (or is that a "Chump Trap? ) there, and the Dems jumped in with both feet, but we'll see. Im thinking that little bit of misdirection with the Turks and the Kurds was another one, and they set that ISIS boy up good too, but they are whole other stories. )

Like I said before the best thing Joe ever did for the USA was to watch his son Beau die. JMHO and S/FI!

AR-15? Is that some new air conditioning refrigerant? (in pirate talk).

I think Joe is well into his Alzheimer's delirium.

Ummm...

wasn't it Joe who announced that all you had to do to stop crime was step out of doors and fire your shotgun twice in the air?

Oh yeah - here he is...

AR15? Don't need anything like that when we can have fully semi-automatic AR-47's that shoot .50 cal boolits.

I just could never justify spending the funds on an AR of any type. I figure all sorts of functional weapons and ammo will be laying around on the streets and in the brush next to the dead if zombie apocalypse happens.

Uncle Joe needs to learn some history. American history, I mean. Confiscating gun’s from Americans hasn’t gone well.

Right...and like in the movie, the guys that created the dead folks and free guns will leave those guns just laying around for you to pick up.

Or you’re so sneaky...I mean, tacticool...that the guys that killed the gun’s previous owners won’t notice or even bother with you.

So You can’t justify the funds, because you’re just going to pick the guns up. What a joke.

Yes because everyone left alive will already have all the AR's and ammo they can carry and store. Besides most of the AR's people dropped probably don't function as well as they should. If they did, maybe the people who owned them would have lived.

Nope, Other reasons for not justifying the funds for an AR.

I'm telling ya though, they'll just be laying around everywhere.

Those records stay at the FFL for about 20 years or until the FFL closes its doors ( and then get shipped to the government ) The problem with that is that it could be 20 year old data ( or older ) .. How many times can a gun get sold in 20 years ?

Not really, Serial Numbers do not get sent in. When I run a NICS check the question is type of transaction and gun. Generic answer, long gun, handgun, other, sale transfer, etc. You could be buying a .22.

With the prices as low as they have been, and the plethora of guns available these days, how could you not? What did you spend the money on thats at least the equivilent?

I agree with ajole too, there wont be any just "laying around".

And maybe they are hunting over bait.

Unless they feel the need to come to the shop and photocopy what they need or are looking for. I personally saw the ATF do that in a couple of local shops back in the 90's.

And then there is the "forward trace" thing they were doing at the time too.

In this day and age, where more and more dealers are dong the 4473 online, not to mention, everything be scanned and tracked, right down to minor purchases online and in the stores, it wont be very hard to come up with a "list" of at least probables.

True, but I found out the manufacturer has the serial number, your name and the FFL that sold it to you. Found that out when I sent a defective rifle back to the mfg for replacement. That's how the authorities verify ownership I guess. They go to the mfg.

That's where all "traces" begin.
They follow the paper trial from there to the last retail sale.

No one aside from the ATF has any real authority to look at a dealer's 4473 forms. Any such information released is done so voluntarily.

He can't have any other opinion, the party is dictating it. Might as well run AOC since she's a better looking meat puppet than ol' Joe.
