Does anybody know of any local coin shops that sell silver coins or junk silver? Searching online, I haven't found any physical stores in the phoenix area where you can buy small quantities of silver. I might have to resort to online but would rather go to a local store instead.

I have found a lot of deals at swapmeets and flea markets in both phoenix and tucson...
but, you better know what you are doing before hand to keep from getting swindled... caveat emptor and stuff.

Scottsdale silver (scottsdalesilver.com) were pretty cool to deal with too.

While not in the Phx area, there is the Preparedness shop @coin heaven in Cottonwood. Drive up for the day, do your business and check out Old town, Jerome, Sedona, etc.

Several coin dealers like you're looking for I think here in Prescott Valley and Prescott and Chino Valley area - You can include the above listed Cottonwood shop easily in the same visit up from that Valley of the Sun.

Idk how often this section is viewed, but Mesa Bullion & Coin seems to keep a steady stock of silver and gold. It is near Broadway and Main in Mesa.
