![]() I happen to enjoy spicy foods and came across this recipe -
https://www.smokingmeatforums.com/th...-links.118411/ The full details are about 3/4 down the page, if they only taste half as good as they look this will have to be explored further. Comment about the site: If it can be smoked there's a thread. Building a smoker from a 55 gallon drum and larger is covered as well. My apolgies for causing feelings of equipment or cooking envy. ![]() Got some of this on the way -
https://www.waltonsinc.com/willies-s...SAAEgJrw_D_BwE So the entire package is good for 25 lb.s, now for smaller batches they also have a conversion chart for 1 lb. or 5 lb.s depending how big you need to go. Dry weight or volume measurements provided, .94 ounces per pound or if you don't have a digital scale 2 Tbsp and 2 tsps per pound. They even have a 100lb size for bigger situations. Making a 5 lb. batch is very possible. Making a 25 lb. batch would be an all day affair. Making a 100 lb. batch, I can dream can't I? |

They have a Killer Bee rub that's the basis for what I use. I smoke a lot... and not the stuff that's legal in CO, LOL.

![]() The medical marijuana bill hasn't passed in TN. I'm neutral undecided on the issue. Now considering the number of co-workers that I've turned into jerky junkies, I suppose making something too good to resist could be considered at the least immoral if not illegal.

![]() Not in KS, I'm in Tampa. Being a carnivore I enjoy venison, beef, pork, turkey and chicken products and we're constantly exploring the various ways to prepare meat. I'm not a chef but between the wife and I the results are usually very tasty.
