Our relationship was always based on one of us covering whatever the other couldn't do.

He is great at math.
I am better with biology.

So we will both be useful for homeschooling.

He is better with repairing things around the house.
I am better with homemaking.

So we are both useful around the home.

As we get into prepping, we're going to work with our strengths and fill in the gaps where needed. I will probably be the one taking classes on medical stuff, while he learns how to hunt and care for a gun.

Once the skills are mostly covered, then we work on redundancy. There's no hard feelings here, though sometimes we poke fun at each other.
