Glad to see you back at it, stay with it.

On the car side, I'm a NIG advocate of a good used car, no payments. I haven't had a car payment for over 10 years and love it! Either way, good luck with it.

Positive note, my bad knee is feeling pretty good today, no pain for the past few days. I'm looking forward to leg work again, but very timid at jumping into it too fast.

I've been getting lazy. I've had one short workout at home and a single set of standing presses almost each morning between last posting and today.

Overall the knee has been good, I'm pleased with its improvement.

Looking good, Belnik!

Good news on the knee, too, something I can't join with you on.
