Most think so - but -
Consider that one of the major changes in American politics was the acceptance of the idea that FREE PEOPLE need permission (license) from government. I think this as well as other unAmerican ideologies (collectivism) came along with the migration from Europe.

In the late 1800s - early 1900s, millions of people from Europe who had been acclimated to being SUBJECTS rolled into America, gleefully happy to get their PERMISSIONS from government.

I recall reading about an Italian immigrant proudly showing his BUSINESS LICENSE. In Europe, such things were rigidly controlled and parceled out to insiders who paid a fortune for the "liberty."

A more recent story was told by Arnold Schwarzenegger, who engaged the services of a lawyer to set up his book selling business, only to find out that he didn't need a lawyer. Apparently, in Austria, setting up a business, even a mail order book business, can require professional assistance.

American law wasn't originally set up that way. But few bothered to read it.

It was to be expected. Americans don't read their own laws, so why should we expect foreigners to. Few Americans can define endowments like natural rights, natural and personal liberties, so they muddle about, hat in hand, asking their SERVANT for permission. SMH.

[bizarro world flag on] In the new America, right after 97% withdraw consent, collapse / abolish socialism, eliminate limited liability (and thus all regulations enacted to deal with that legal mess), start using private Liberty money (which wipes out the usurers in banking, finance and gambling / underwriting), collapse international trade (from the collapse of the public debt and federal reserve notes), enforce the Smith Act (which effectively deports all Muslims, closes all Mosques, etc), and where the remaining 3% of honorable public servants return to securing rights and nothing more without consent of the governed...

I suspect that the former power groups will foment a gigantic retaliatory attack on the USA.
America Delenda Est!

<> Usurers currently rule the world - shouldn't be hard for them to drum up support - or buy a few armies.
<> Collectivists administer most of the world - they'll ship their useful idiots to help.
<> Zealots will gladly send jihadis into the fray.
[] On the other hand, there may well be a three way war, since these power blocs are mutually exclusive and hate each other.

Are there any partisan self interest groups that advocate securing Creator endowed rights of all men?

Agreed, but right now they hate free Americans more.

Stands to reason. If Americans restore their sovereignty, prosperity and stature in the world, it would trigger revolutions that would topple the world's oligarchies, monarchies, and totalitarian police states. . . as well as the international financial powers behind the scenes.

I am reminded of the "Cross of Gold" speech wherein he says to not nail us to a "Cross of Gold" (scarce money), which caused much economic mischief in the last quarter of the 19th century and precipitated the Federal Reserve Act of 1913. But if we did have "free and unlimited coinage of silver" to fuel our trade, America and the world may have been spared the first World War. Prosperous peoples do not revolt.
