Default Liberals face gun sale barriers they approved of

Advertise Here

As Coronavirus continues to spread people who never considered buying a gun are rushing to the gun store to buy a firearm. Then all of a sudden they are faced with the gun sales barriers they wanted put into place.

Tim can get long winded on certain topics, but I like his points on this one.

I wonder how many of them went home and reflected on the gun control policies they wanted put into place now prohibits them from protecting their family.

I hope the trauma they experience is sufficient to cause them to re-think their positions.

Never. Liberalism has always been about making rules for others but believing that I shouldn't have to live under the same rules. I should be able to get a gun, but I'm the only one. This isn't opening liberal's eyes. This is how they've always thought. Every socialist and communist believes that everyone else should follow the rules.

Exactly. "Rules for thee, but not for me". Psychotic hypocrites, the whole lot of 'em.

Well, they have been told that guns are easier to get than library books so I am not surprised that they are shocked to learn about all the hoops to jump through. And in some states, like Commiefornia, a 10 day waiting period.

What the heck is a Gig worker? First time i've heard that saying. So far, postal workers here in my town are still on the job.

My fear is they will want even stronger laws in the future now that they have their firearm.

Lessons in life come at a cost

Some cost more than others and at different times

If you can't think ahead a little bit and prepare yourself, you, yourself have no one to blame

That would require a modicum of introspection, willingness to admit fault and accept some blame.

That’s far beyond the emotional maturity and ability of a liberal.

I have always said that it is EASY to force liberals to back off of gun control. We simply go MAD MAX on them! Using anything BUT a gun .. a 2x4, a hammer, a club, a pipe ... we simply find them and beat them to within an inch of their lives.

We allow the unchecked violence against liberals to escalate until Diane Feinstein and Michael Bloomberg and Chuck Schumer are leading The Million Girly-Man March to Washington to DEMAND their Constitutional Right to keep and bear arms with no restrictions whatsoever!

Once Washington caves to their demands and makes the entire country 'Constitutional Carry, ANY GUN, ANYWHERE and ANYTIME' the violence would simply STOP. An armed society really IS a polite society! Gun Control would forever be DEAD!

At first, your post made me chuckle. But the more I think about it, the more it makes sense. It would be like some really harsh reverse psychology in action. Entertaining AND effective

California defines a gig worker broadly as someone who performs a specific task but isn't hired by a company as an employee. A contractor of sorts. Examples are Uber drivers, writers, artists, musicians, experts in various fields. California tried to protect gig workers by essentially forcing companies to hire and pay benefits and it backfired. A lot of workers, for instance freelance writers, who might sell 20 or 30 stories to a particular magazine in a year are now limited in how many the magazine will accept. If they go over then the company has to actually hire and pay benefits.

If I had a nickel for every time an anti told me you should not have a gun if you don't have police level training, I could buy everybody here a Corona. I wish I had all of them who just bought a gun here now, so I could do the Simpsons bully HA-HA!

when they pull that BS, I ask them: did you pass the state CCW license test? do you know how big the target you must hit is, how far away you have to be, to shoot to qualify? does a CCW give you a right to carry any firearm, or limit the number? can you identify the state justifiable homicide law? If I read it to you wrong, can you spot the clinker? here in NM we have a trippy law: you can't break it, you cant be convicted of it, and there are no penalties. "Excusable Homicide" basically, you get a pass for what would be negligent homicide, aka manslaughter. can you cite that law?

never got a right answer in my life. never shut an anti up, but there is always someone around who gets a hearty laugh and gives a thumbs up.

While I agree wholeheartedly, this is not exclusive to the liberal world view.

Anyhoo, the phrase 'there are none so blind as those who will not see' comes to mind. I would really like to hear the innermost thoughts of a liberal who had to go thru the same process as the rest of us do. I wonder if it even opened just the tiniest of cracks in their well armored doctrine? I'd like to hope so.

As I have said before, the idea of a bunch of inexperienced, scared, stupid people getting guns does NOTHING to ease my fears. Normally I am against gun control. Right now, I am breathing a sigh of relief that this panicked mob is being slowed down.
