The Liberals attack an American company just because they hate it for being too American

I already liked them because they make their shoes in American widths...now I have ANOTHER reason to like them!

Back when I was a runner New Balance was my go-to shoe. I have wide feet.

I buy American as often as possible, but they just don't work for me. They feel great all day, I come home, take them off and THEN my feet are killing me! I gave away the last pair I had to a homeless lady outside the library and went home barefoot.
I won't ever buy them again, but it has zip to do with their politics.

Been wearing New Balance for years, because.....they are comfortable.
AND, I knew certain models were assembled in USA, probably from foreign sourced parts.....

New Balance is the best shoe ever. They are comfortable and last long. Don't buy anything else.

I have 4 pair of NB shoes. 2 pair are still in the box. My oldest pair I bought in 2005 but they began falling apart in 2013. I like them so much I keep gluing them back together. Now I'm using duct tape on certain areas!

I didn't know this and ironically, my last two pairs of sneakers have been New Balance

Have them on right now

I do like the feel, fit and look, but I will say that my last pair only lasted about 1.5 years, but they were only $30. This pair was about $40, I like the look a little better of my last pair. I did put my last pair through a very hard week long vacation in Sedona, AZ, so they did take a pretty good beating on that vacation. This pair is doing OK so far after about 1 year, but I will admit that they do not seem extremely durable.

I have always preferred New Balance for walking or running shoes

Their wider fit seems to be a common reason.

They'll last a while, too. Well built shoes.

I feel less of a man when wearing sneakers/tennis shoes/running shoes/whatever. I feel men should wear either boots, or if in a suit, dress shoes. I didn't mention sandals because that would make me gay for sure.

That's about all you can ask for now a days. My company I work for does this, but hey, that employs Americans.

I wore NB except at work for years. (OSHA) Have now given up, but only because back trouble make lacing up shoes a nightmare. But otherwise I'd still be buying them.

I have been wearing shoes and boots form this company for years now....... as far as I am concerned, they are the only ones I buy from now....... The plus is they are union made right here in the USA.

I'm surprised to hear good things about New Balance. I've only had one pair of NB sneakers and they were very disappointing. They were not as comfortable as other brands, they did not wear well and I gave mine away in a short time. I'm easy on shoes, too.
