anyone got any good places to do survivalist/primitive camping/ or a good walkabout around QA/ AA/ Balt counties... I've been going West but kinda want to venture y'alls way, don't know much of that area...or vice versa and y'all start venturing West, let me know
what all is in AA for these types of activities? I'm definitely not into the prepared pad camping and such, so I'm looking for some solid fun and test worthy trails
There arent many back woods camp grounds that i know of on the shore. There a few places like why island if you want to walk around. But i doubt its what youre looking for. I usually head to the AP trail in western Maryland or in blue ridge Virginia
AA county here as well, come here, peek inside, but not much happening in here. What are you looking for? Bushcrafting spots, primitive camping, established hiking trails?
Not AA Co, but not far and you can always hit the Queenstown Outlets on your way there or back. Tuckahoe State Park has a campground both electric and non electric. 20 miles worth of trails due South of the lake. I have not camped there, but have deer and turkey hunted the park.
Harford County resident here..just did a trip to Cumberland,MD cant believe how vacant the downtown is,kinda depressed there
