Just wanted to show off a few pics to the newbies.
I am starting to get a little bored with all the newbie what if etc...threads.
For some us here, this is not our first rodeo. I figure I have at least a years worth of food & supplies.

As a newbie, I can say that I'm impressed! Although what really grabbed my attention is the shelving system. Store bought or home-made? Very clean and obviously sturdy. Nice job on all of it.

The charcoal is for cooking on my grill. 1100 lbs should cook quite a bit of food, when the sun is not available. When the sun is available I will be using my Sun oven.

The shelving system is homemade, 2x2 angle iron w/ 1/2" MDO.

When I cook with wood, I will be using this.

I'm just bummed that you don't have 1100 lbs of MSG. Don't you know the barter value of MSG? It's like silver or gold, but you CAN eat it.

Outstanding! I also dabble in pantry porn, but yours is organized and right up there to see! I love it!! My dream house is a 1800 sq ft basement with floor to ceiling shelves and everything on shelves, by category and alphabetized! I don't even care what is upstairs! I'm beginning to pant now, better stop. Great job!!

Prepping for 6, plus two dogs.
