I dont know how much this will help, but i picked up the cold weather gortex rain gear from one of the military surplius places in Ft. Campbell. The suit works awesome does not leak. It does get hot in the summer however it can be used as a parka with a fleece worn under the jacket. The pants and jacket cost me used around 100 bucks. Dont order it new becuase the jacket itself can cost 150-200.

Wal-mart had cammo rain suits for sale the other day when I walked in there. The cammo was abviously a hunting pattern, but for the whole suit (top and bottom) I believe they were around $.14

Check out D1ck's Sporting Goods if you have one near you. They have some light weight Frog Togs for around $50. They also have Field and Stream and other brands in flat, muted green, tan and black in that price range as well.

If you ever want to spend the extra cash you should look into the goretex coveralls at BassPro. Durable, warm and water proof
