Cousin didnít say. He would be considerate of anotherís race but Iíll ask.

I would love love a basement. We are to close to sea level and flooding is a part of our weather problems. Houses are routinely built up so they donít flood. We have a heavily insulated attic which helps but we donít have a room in the attic. It has a strange layout.

We all know that the Dims are attempting to hang on to this Pandemic all the way to the election. It keeps us in the Socialists mode and enables Biden to stay in the basement.

I believe what the last poster said about allowing the children to catch the virus and get over it. In the end I believe we are all herd animals and will not be able to resist getting together.

We had so many stinking tornado warnings one year that I got tired of sitting in the unfinished basement. So I put in a bar, microwave, sink, 3/4 bath, insulation, walls, electricity, lighting, a huge TV and comfy couches. It's the warmest place in the winter, coolest place in the summer, and a great place to watch the tornados go by on the big screen when it's that time.

Of all the places to be stuck in, I choose the basement.

We're a night shift family too. Basements are paradise when you're sleeping.

This.

And the fact that peoples' actions in the US are primarily guided by poor reasoning skills, combined with the money-driven overabundance of political brainwashing we've suffered since 1985, which isn't repairable. The 1% have used expensive and incessant PR to guide what Americans think.

It started with manipulating tax law, but now it permeates everything.

All the individual can do now is to be ready if the worst happens.

My family is also on night shift, (well, me and my kid our, wife is evening)

We don't have a basement but our bedroom is on the bottom floor so of course there are no windows and so it stays nice and cool in the summer and warm in the winter (thats where the wood stove is)

I'm admittedly a few days behind. Busy in the garden.

Have there been discussions/projections as to actual Flu cases this Fall/Winter projected to be fewer based upon the Covid-19 precautions being taken?

I haven't seen any but it seems that precautions taken to slow the spread of one virus ought to do the same to another.

Flu season starts in October. Where will Winnie The Flu be by then? Anybody's guess.

Either nothing or bad:

Genesis 41:35-36
Then let them gather all the food of these good years that are coming, and store up the grain for food in the cities under Pharaohís authority, and let them guard it. Let the food become as a reserve for the land for the seven years of famine which will occur in the land of Egypt, so that the land will not perish during the famine
