Seemingly

"The Government Accountability Institute was able to obtain voter registration and voter history data from only 21 states because while some states shared it freely, “others impose exorbitant costs or refuse to comply with voter information requests.”

These 21 states represent “about 17 percent of all possible state-to-state comparison combinations.”

The Institute compared the lists using an “extremely conservative matching approach that sought only to identify two votes cast in the same legal name.” It found that 8,471 votes in 2016 were “highly likely” duplicates.

Extrapolating this to all 50 states would likely produce, with “high-confidence,” around 45,000 duplicate votes.

{snip}
Very good analysis yet according to the resident liberals here, there is no proof of significant voter fraud.
Pretty sure the UN wanted to monitor that and was turned away.

So I’d say the situation had potential, until of course the alt right nazis started trying to speak on behalf of the party and some decided to appease them. Then of course you have nazis shooting Hispanics in El Paso for just being Hispanic. So that’s why we here today. When is Texas going to turn blue because gop working hard to repeal their vote.
Do you do drugs? Because it sure sounds like it. Have you looked into all of the mass shootings over the past 10 years in Texas? Ever hear of Nadir Soofi and his buddy Elton Simpson? News flash; neither were Nazis.

Ever hear of Nadal Hassan? Guess what; not a Nazi.

Micha Johnson?

Devin Kelley?

Bet ya' when it's all said and done, the dude who decided to take out Hispanics in a WalMart was neither a Nazi or an alt-rightist as you allege. Same with the Midland-Odessa shooter.

We get it; you're one of those "Never Trumpers" and very likely on the leftist bandwagon or at least leans enough in that direction.
I am sure the Hispanic community will take refuge in knowing other mass shooters weren’t nazis. But the one who targeted them sure walked and talked like a duck. Left a whole manifesto with ideas corresponding with the same dribble nazis spill. So you don’t have to convince me. It’s them you have to convince.
The Hispanic community in Texas isn’t monolithic. Many Hispanics do not like illegals. And many Hispanics of Mexican ancestry say things about Central American immigrants that sound like they came from the alt right.

El Paso is pretty blue. I doubt that will change.

Hispanics are not all that likely to move in the blue direction. They like jobs and are self employed. They own guns. They work. The ones that want welfare went to California. The ones that want to work and get ahead came to Texas.
Historically yes, but that’s the question. For how long? At what point do they sacrifice those principles if right wing propagandists keep targeting them, people like peter energy calling all Hispanics invaders. White supremacists targeting them with violence. While GOP keeps trying to convince them that they condemn it, but people like David duke keeping saying how much they love trump. How much he has become a platform for their voice. His words, not mine. Already provided link. That’s why we are here on this thread. How long before they say **** it. We going “monolithic” with the Dems. Let’s flip this bitch blue. They can you know. The numbers are there. Maybe not immediately say 2020, but saying the threat is there and it’s valid.
David Duke is a shill for the left. He only exists to endorse candidates like trump or tulsi. He’s a joke and people see through him.

The left been calling. Republicans racist for decades. And Hispanics still don’t vote like blacks in Texas.

The dems need to worry. Black men are starting to sympathize with trump. And black women hate trump BUT their trust in the Democratic Party is down 10% since 2016.
Shill for the left? Interesting observation. I would be more inclined to believe it depending on their volume come election year. My understanding is that after the Charlottesville fiasco, they want to honker down and not influence the election. Turns out they are bad for business especially with suburban women. Who would have thought right? But anyhoo, if your right then I would expect them to turn up the volume as we approach election time. If they stay quiet, then indications would suggest otherwise on your assessment.
Think about it. Why does David Duke have a twitter account and not Milo or Alex Jones ?

If you take Dallas, Austin, Houston, El Paso and San Antonio out of the equation, and suddenly, Texas is once again a wonderful place to live and raise a family.

In Florida, the damn Yankees come to retire, and have brought their money and politics with them. Other than Dade, Broward and Leon counties, Florida is another great place to live.
Usually when people say Dallas they mean DFW and the surrounding 20 or 30 cities. Tarrant County (which includes Fort Worth) had the highest illegal population increase in Texas in 2018 (might have been highest in US?). I mostly agree about removing the large cities from the equation, but more and more I see medium size towns being overrun. Drive though what were country towns 10-15 years ago and most of the non-franchised business signs are in Spanish. Lots of Texans are too busy working to support the illegals babies medical and education burden to have babies or medical coverage of their own.

I think instead of worry about the demographics in Texas, we need to look and the splintering of the Democratic Party into two groups, maybe two parties... the liberal centrists and the socialist/communist left. What is happening in the democrat party is unbelievable and the MSM is helping to push them toward the cliff.

They are doing so much damage to themselves, I would not be surprised if they lose power everywhere except the west coast for decades.

That is because you are a sane person. Prepare to be surprised.

A split will be great. If they are divided they can’t win as easily.
