"Amends the Environmental Protection Act. Provides that on and after January 1, 2022, a person may not operate or sell at retail a gas-powered leaf blower in the State. Provides that a person who violates the amendatory Act's provisions shall be subject to a civil penalty not to exceed $500. Effective immediately."

Another Use For A Leaf Blower:

For many many years, I would wash one Harley, towel dry it, then wash and towel dry our other Harley; so as not to have water spots on the paint and chrome.

During the winter, I would pull up at the automatic car wash, put my $5.00 in the automatic teller machine, wait for the front garage door to open, drive slowly over the under car washer to wash off the road salt underneath, wait for the garage door to close, then the robot would wash the road salt off the outside of my car, wait for the back garage door to open, then drive slowly through the blowers so that water wouldn't freeze to my car.

One day, while going through the automatic car wash blowers, it dawned on me, those blower nozzles looked like multiple leaf blowers.

That spring, I bought an electric leaf blower, and haven't towel dried a bike since.

I bet a leaf blower with a liquid pickup tube fitted would make a dandy mosquito fogger.

I have used a smaller leaf blower to unclog a dryer vent.

Poof!

Instant fix.
