Sorry, meant to say "South East Los Angeles County" but now I can't change the Title.

I own a hotel with 131 rooms in Buena Park with a 6-month water supply for 111 people (including children). I'm creating a self-reliant, armed community for those whom bugging-out and bunkering at home is a worse situation.

VERY VERY Work in progress. Here's a rough working idea:

If interested, email me at jk at jeffersonkim dot com

I'm compiling a list of interested parties, and once we hit about 20 people, we'll start collaborating on a more precise plan.

Other cities include Fullerton, Anaheim, Norwalk, Cerritos, La Habra, Stanton

So OP are you currently the residential manager? How will the people staying there ,temporarily, feel about being displaced or included in this.
Hotels are a pretty big target, and look at hotels in war zones historically they usually get taken over by someone and that makes them a targets for indirect fire.
And the photo doesn't look like there are any similar height buildings surrounding it to catch incoming.

It's an idea good luck with it.

Seeing as how he only has 1 post and hasn't logged in since his initial first post I'd say this is BS. Not to mention I know the area where his motel (Days Inn) is located and I believe the entire area has been bulldozed in order to put up a new shopping center and resort. Just a guess here but I'm thinking this post is bogus.

You're gonna die.

18 million in the LA Basin. 1 in ten - even 1 in 100 puts 180,000 bad folks on your streets. And that's just a start.

Average joe can't feed his family. Maybe not a bad guy - Joe. But at some point he will come for your stuff too.

Prepare what you can.

And I wish you luck. And actually hope that there is no SHTF. And you continue to draw your revenue stream and prosper. And that your children and grandchildren live in a free and prosperous world.

Mean time - I'm planning on more than a motel in LA.
