I raised 6 kids and if they didn't want what we had for supper I told them to make a peanut butter and jelly sandwich for themselves. They soon learned to eat most everything, would try 1 thing at a time and realized they weren't being poisoned. Medical problems are a different thing.

Keep your kids away from junk food until they are sixteen and odds are they will never become picky eaters because most picky eaters crave junk food and don't want to eat food that's without salt, grease and sugar.
