Scored another brand new Estwing hatchet with leather grip. Smaller than my other Estwing but great for kindling. Customer brought it back to the hardware store because it was "too heavy" and they can't sell used items (company policy) so my wife brought it home.

Sadly, the last 2 years we didn't make any wine.
Simply because we ran out of space to store it, without building more root cellar type storage space.

To store wine well, you need real consistent cool temperature ranges, which a root cellar provides.

We have around 600 gallons stored mostly in 65 gallon oak barrels aging.

Our BOL vineyard will produce enough grapes to make around 50 gallons of wine annually.

Next year, I intend to distill a LOT of brandy.

There are 2 pneumonia shots, you should space them a year apart.

Assuming you are using a percolator type coffee pot.

You can usually find metal mesh basket type coffee filters at thrift stores for 99 cents.
Or, new ones at Walmart for around $6.

Simple to drill a tight fitting hole through the center of the basket, that fits your percolator stem.

Then there is no need for PAPER coffee filters.
Simply store it inside your percolator.

I made a couple for every coffee percolator our BOL family group has.
