Living in an arid climate as we do, I won't say no to snow.

Woke to about an inch, but the roads were nasty. Not a whole lot of plowin' goin' on. Had to stay in 4 High all the way to work in Taylor. Average speed about 35-40 mph.

Still getting flurries.

Neighbor said road to town was pretty nasty as you got lower in elevation. I'm glad I did our town run yesterday.
Looks beautiful!

Yes it is, however the mud it leaves behind is pretty nasty until things dry out. Overall we really love it out here.

That is the thing with Arizona. People can't believe we get snow here until I send them photos like above. They seem to think we live in the Sahara and not an arid climate. Well, maybe Paul Kersey lives in a desert. Some areas there are are pretty sparse for vegetation.

Most people think of Lake Havasu, Kingman, Yuma, Tucson and Phoenix when considering what AZ is like.

Heck as I posted earlier in this thread even in 29 Palms in the middle of the Mojave Desert we used to get snow.

I've seen snow in the Mojave Desert as well. Have even seen snow on top of Mt. Haleakala.

I started a thread at a different site called "Arizona is a terrible place, do not think about living here" and that is one of the things I mentioned first.

Hopefully only the far left pays attention.

I'm prepared to be met with hate and distrust when I move there, I'll be coming from California and will look the part.

Well, an early Welcome to Arizona then. I ditched my CA DL, plates and anything else I could just as soon as I could.

Thank you for these updates Steve & Co. If trans-CONUS travel is still operant six weeks from now at the end of my East Coast assignment, I'm going to a drive-by of my BOL between Concho and St John's and it it is most helpful to know what things are like literally on the ground :-)

I would invite you for a meal but that 24 day quarantine would let the food get pretty cold.

If we aren't all dying give me a buzz though.

Thought I was going to be posting about losing our two dogs but after almost exactly 2 days the little criminals are back at home this morning. Looking none the worse for wear.

On Edit:
Just went out to take a picture of them and they still know they did something wrong.
