Good video! The Huntsman was my very first SAK! My preference has been the locking blade models. The older Rucksack was on of my top ones as it’s a little thinner for ease of pocket carry. If I had to choose one, it would likely be the Outrider. Locking blade, great scissors and saw…my favored features.

Another option is Victorinox EvoGrip S17...similar to the Huntsman but the main blade will lock. The only missing piece I would prefer is the smaller blade like on the Huntsman...I love that little blade!

Personally Iím a fan of the Soldier knife (green/black) because of the softer grip but the Trekker (black with red emblem) is the same knife with addition of toothpick and tweezers.

My Farmer X came in. The build quality is top notch and it feels very sturdy in hand. It's about 1/2 an ounce heavier than my Huntsman, but has less features. As such, I'll probably stick with the Huntsman for my through hike. The Farmer X makes for a real nice daily carry package though.
