I wouldn't want his job under any circumstances so no amount of money could entice me.

Now if I could be king..... I might reconsider. Might.

What's YOUR answer?

So somebody from the left would definitely have me killed.

Lucky for "them" I'm not in charge. Pay, I would do it for free, what do I need money for - free plane, food, place to sleep, health care. Then after the terms; book deals, TV consults, product endorsements, movie rights....

I'll answer this honestly with with perspective....

I have been on a School Board and I have thought over and over about running for public office. At the end of the day, the answer was always NO.

With what the opposition would do to my kids and my wife and .....me..... F-NO.

With the exception of Trey Gowdy and Jim Jordan.... I hate all politicians!

...........

I believe I could do at least 6 months....

I've been in upper mgmt. for quite a few years, if you're worried about what people say about you, you're not cut out for the job

Just to be clear, anyone trying to repeal any amendment would be treasonous? What about something like the repeal of the 18th amendment?

How can you tell the gubernment is corrupt. We have many people spending big bucks to buy a job that doesn't pay all that much.

Ole Hasbeen spent what $500,000,000 on the last election to try and get a job that pays at best a few million over 8 years. How about Piglosi, she is worth hundreds of millions while making less than $250,000 per year.

The whole SWAMP stinks. TERM LIMITS - If you can't steal enough in 2 terms then you are too stupid to be there.

If they tried to abolish your individual right to life, liberty, or the pursuit of happiness. The 18th amendment tried to abolish the right to choose whether or not you as a consenting adult could be able to consume alcohol. That was an amendment that even though it was part of the BOR it was still unconstitutional. That means all laws regarding religion would be done away with, all laws regarding guns would be done away with (because if the right to keep and bear arms cannot be infringed, why would you need background checks?) If it infringed on your right to free speech its gone. I believe in live and let live, a long a what you do does not harm anyone else or deprive anyone else from their own happiness. I can see laws about drinking and driving and agree strongly with them. I can see laws about using guns to commit murders, but to deprive anyone from owning a car, or letting them consume alcohol, or even if you were convicted of a crime that prevents you from owning a firearm, those are unconstitutional. Yes if you are convicted of a violent felony and you own a gun, you are more likely to commit a violent offense than if there was not violence in you history but to say this person should not own a gun and that person should not own one, then you are in danger of setting the table to have your rights taken. I enjoy an occasional alcoholic beverage, But I am responsible. If I take one swallow out of a beer I give the keys to my wife, who does not drink. So unless you are just trying to bait me into a conflict, You knew what I meant.

I'd do it for free. I'd welcome the chance to make the country a better place, even at personal expense.

I would not care to run for the office but doing it at the present pay scale would be great. I have no doubt that I could handle it if I decided to. Heck I would likely be a very good President adored by millions, (hated by millions) and get my visage carved in Mt. Rushmore.

I do hold the line on bobble head likenesses though. Some things are beneath my dignity.

It's not about what people will say about you, it's about what false criminal charges the Lefties, Globalists & Deep State will manufacture against you if you dare to be a POTUS that works for the best interests of America.

You have to have every single T crossed & I dotted on every single thing you do & you still need a massive team of the very best lawyers money can buy. Even that will only work if you're truly squeaky clean because "IF" an actual skeleton exists in your closet, you'll have every single letter agency & tech firm in existence digging for it & they WILL find it.

Bunch of wussies. I would do it for free. It would be a sigh of relief to this country knowing someone was there without an ulterior motive...

Impalement requires a lot less lumber & it sends a much stronger message to the wicked.... Hell, it even worked against Islam once.

I'd do it for one quarter of the salary. I just dont have the luxury of donating more than three quarters of it to charity.

That has got to be the most toxic work environment you can imagine. I work in a semi-toxic workplace now and am thinking of retiring in 2020, maybe will volunteer for the Trump campaign.

I do not see how he does the water-off-a-duck's-back act all day every day. He has got to have some thick skin. I surely could not do it for any $$ offered.
