The day after the last workout I awoke to very bad sciatic nerve pain and it put me out of
any good training for a bit.

Matter of fact, I have recently learned that if I do my 60 walk first, with lifting right after that... My lifting is horrendous!

I hate working out pretty much any time later than 11am...always have.

Trying to get up a bit earlier these days just to get a bit more time to exercise.
