Being tired of being coup'ed up in the house, the wife and I are going to take the camper up in the woods for several days. (I already call the National Forest and it is legal to camp, even in the Stay at Home Orders.)

Anyway, it is good to see your workout ideas that we could do away from our weight room, not having a bar, plates, bench or dumbbells.

Not feeling into it, I mixed things up a bit.

Slow Push up (very slow) x5 x4 ...this was basically a max as I was shaking so much I doubt I could have had another rep

SQ (slower than normal, but not like the PU)
x15-15

twin DB DL-curl-press (each movement strict to prevent momentum carryover)
(25) x5
(35) x5
(45) x5
(65) x1-1-1-1-1
(curling is the limiter here)

Dips x5-5-6-10-10-10

DB DL
(75) x5-7-12-15

4/26 evening, forced something, to prevent a wasted day workout wise.

Push ups x15-25-30

Crunch x15-20-25

Pull ups x3-4-3-2-1

Well, this is what I get when I put it off to the evening, but better than nothing.
Odd thing, my "good" knee is feeling pretty bad tonight and I have no idea why.

That tends to happen more often the older you get

A pretty easy, but good feeling mini workout...

Hip raises x10-10-5
s/s
Push up* x5-5-5

Back bridge x3-3-3
s/s
Pullups x2-3-3

back bridge* x5-5-5
s/s
Hindu Push up x5-5-5

Started playing around with different back bridges a few days ago, not sure on how to describe each one so I'm not going to, I do them as best I can, and do different levels of difficulty.

Push ups were also done in a few different styles, that I'm not breaking down.

Really liking the back bridges

Some states are starting to open up... I wonder when some of you boys are going to be able to head back to your gyms?

Excellent you are 'making due'.

A pretty good workout for a change.

Warmup SQ-PU-flutter kick-hip thrust- crunch & table bridge
3x15

Pullups 3x5

Ring Dips x3-5-5

Ring Rows 3x10

Ring fly/PU x5 x5/5 x5/5

1 arm DB DL (75) x2-5-10 each arm

1 arm C/P (75) x1-1-1-1-1 each

2 DB DL (75's) 5x5

Barbell curls (95) x1-1-3-5-5

Nothing heavy, nor were the reps pushed on the BW work but it felt good. I noticed I needed the warmup to get into it. I was also lazy on adjusting/changing wts so they stayed the same.

2-a-days dude! Wow!

The past three weeks the wife has been really good with 2-a-days. When she gets up, she walks 30min on the treadmill or lifts, depending on the day. Then in the afternoons, we walk our 3.5 mile loop.

Me... not so much. I am considering my manual labor around the property my 2nd workout.

That PM session did come, but it wasn't much. 5 min of rowing and that was it. This past week I have been far more tired at the end of the day than normal, maybe its from the rowing since its basically a new movement and there is always that little adaptation phase of starting something new?
