Electronic currency is nothing but government control.

"We've decided to cut your currency value in half."
"Dissident, your account has been frozen. Give yourself up."
"You are under quarantine. No purchasing for you!"
"You may not travel, so no gas in this area for you."
"That was your one gun purchase for the year. You may not buy another."

Only an idiot wants electronic currency.

Only a fossil doesn't.

Not all currency is gov controlled / regulated / originated from. Bitcoin says hi.

I think by the end of the year no one will be taking cash. Might be time to deposit whatever cash you have now before it is just pretty colored paper.

Cash is too easy a vector for disease.
Post corona there will be no more cash, only digital fake money.

New cash goes through an alcohol bath and air dry at my casa.

I haven't had any problem using cash, but then I haven't been out too much lately.

Because you cannot touch it with your hand, it is fake? Small mind, that.

I won't need to accept Frn's from anyone for quite a while after I start buying again....

Cash not being useful assumes you are buying from places that accept credit cards. The guy selling a cheap wood splitter right now needs cash. The farmer I bought a ton of wheat from has no way to accept credit cards. The backyard mechanic only accepts cash. Other than food and fuel almost everything I buy is second hand and rarely does the person I am buying it form accept anything but cash or trade.

I'm not going to fight city hall on this one...
If it spends I'll use it. I'm perfectly fine with those filthy bills and evil credit/debit cards, I simply don't care.
Although I do hedge a bit, if it all goes to hell silver and gold will still have value. So I save and invest...

I agree, having cash is great, especially if you are into the fix n flip market. I keep a decent amount ready at all times. However, digital money apps can also be useful. I use both quite a bit.

Since the COVID deal all the things I sell on Offerup have been through Venmo. I put the item in the driveway, they come and get it and pay me through the app.

I also use it for leverage when I see an item that I know is a screaming deal and know other fixer/flippers will be trying to pounce on it. Offering a deposit and being willing to pick up immediately has put me at the front of the pack on several deals.

Bring flexible has its benefits.

Personally I can see a credit card being just as dirty as cash unless you are wiping it down every transaction.
I haven't see any place that doesn't take cash but I do know (not personally, I won't eat out right now) several local places where if you call to order they'll ask you over the phone if you're paying by card if they can take the info over the phone.

I do wipe my card down after each transaction. When I go to the store, I have my card in a wet wipe in my pocket (so I don't have to reach back and get my wallet). I use the wipe to wipe down the terminal if needed (some you swipe are are good to go, some you stick it in and you have to push a few buttons). Then the card goes back into the wipe and into my pocket.

Much harder to wipe down cash. Plus, I know all the placed my card has been. When they give you cash back in change, you've got no idea where that cash has been.

I carry 75% isopropyl alcohol in a (spraymaster brand) spray bottle. I spray the cash prior to handing it over. The vendors seem to appreciate that, laugh a little and accept the cash without issue.

Homeless Depot sells these, and they work perfectly for isopropyl alcohol.

I use cash every day, have had zero issues with acceptance. More than half of cashiers don’t wear gloves here either.

It's part of the globalist satanic cabal's control plan. They plan to get rid of cash so that they can control our finances. For example, take Communist China and their surveillance state - you have to be a good slave or they take away your 'privileges' such as having a job, an apartment, the ability to travel on mass transit, etc. Having total control over your finances - because it is all digital and runs thru the cabal controlled banking system, if you are a dissident (freedom lover), they simply cut you and your financial account off. Simple. Comply or else.......... It's all about control, and their grip is tightening right now (taking great advantage of the covid-scam-caper to relieve us of more of our freedoms. And people are taking it!!! Most have flunked the 'eternal vigilance' test.

Sounds like advice from the government or a banker. Hold onto your cash. There’s no reason you won’t be able to deposit the pretty colored paper later if you need to.
