here's a heads up: the FCC is not funded by the government. the FCC is funded by the fines they collect. **** around and find out.

anent the need for a license: that is a requirement of a treaty the government agreed to. radio waves don't know to stop at borders

it's a 35 question test. 7 year olds have passed the test. just how pathetic is a person who won't take a 35 question test, when the questions and answers are posted on the net?

anyone who does not have recklessdriver on their ignore list by now is as much of a troll as he is.

Quick look shows the nearest test to me is an hour away. And I am in a major city.

I could be mistaken, like I said, it was a quick look.

I took my first test in a police station and my second test at a firehouse. in a 9000 person town. the tests are administered by VEs, volunteer examiners. if you can get three in one place they can give an exam.
