DENIED AMMO PURCHASE TODAY!!

http://www.calguns.net/calgunforum/s....php?t=1589299

I have not purchased ammo since 2010. I went to buy some shotgun shells and was denied.

The clerk said I probably need to go onto CFARS to create an account and "register" a firearm since I have not purchased a firearm since 2010 and I changed my address in 2013....

I was told that when I bought my rifle I was ready to go for ammo. I buy components on line. I have a year supply of ammo. I plan on a trip out of state for hunting. I'll pick up ammo then. I agree with the above post. contact the NRA the more legal help we get the better. I was told the pistol restrictions were to be reviewed by the supreme court but have not heard anything.

That's insane, what they have to go through to buy ammo. Do they also regulate reloading supplies?

LOL, I was being facetious.

I agree, they have no one to blame but themselves.

And all they can expect from the NRA, is lip service, and of course, more requests for money.

Ask for paperwork and forward it to CRPA, They have an ongoing lawsuit against CADOJ

Ammo Supply Warehouse ships freedom to your doorstep. As long as it isn't from a distributor, they'll ship it(ammo and mags).

California is way beyond help. It's a hopeless case of liberalism run amock. The infestation has full control of the host. Limited funds are therefore much better spent elsewhere.

Sorry, Californians.

Do I understand this correctly:

you have to have the state's permission to buy a legal item (ammo), plus each time you do they tax you (charge a fee) to do it?

You folks need to vote with your feet and your dollars and wipe the dust of CA off your feet on the way out of the state. No amount of sunshine is worth that kind of crap.

You realize that none of the commies won with 100% of the vote, right? At least 1/3 of the people voted against this BS but were outnumbered.

Every person can set their own limits of what crap they will take before selling out and moving.
I moved to Cali in 19883. Had enough of LA traffic and crime in 2 yrs. Moved to the high desert in 1985.
Then I lived through a whole series of new laws afecting my lifestyle.
Retroactive smog laws,
Roberti Roos AWB,
Wilderness designation of desert areas,
Leg hold trapping ban,
Mountain lion hunting ban,
Federal AWB & State DROS applied to gunsmiths,
Handgun safety list,
Ammo purchase registration.

What is your limit?

That is really some sick ****. I live in Just 9 miles east of the Colorado river. From my house, I can see 50 miles into California. We are the same country and share the same constitution. Here on the east side of the river, I can enter a gun store, buy ANYTHING, and leave the store with it in just a few minutes. The guns in my safe are common and very legal here in Arizona, yet crossing the river 9 miles west, my guns would get me 400 years in prison.

I give it much thought, but I have great difficulty understanding when and why California left the rails. It sounds like California is run by Larry, Moe and Curley Joe.

Why do you still live in that borked up state? There's absolutely NOTHING that is keeping you there except your own will to leave for a better place. You have a serious problem that only you can fix! Good Luck

Again
After 55 years in Cali
I moved to a place of freedom
I did not like the laws and regulations
The majority did or voted like they did
So, out of respect for what the majority wanted, I left

BTW was at the Motor Vehicle Department here a couple days ago
Lady told me some woman from California just came in with the vapors
She said, "I just saw a truck with a rifle in it"
She was freaked-out
Why in the **** did she move here
I came here to to escape idiots like that

BTW @PaulKersey
Love the River
Spent much time on the Parker strip and Lake Havasu
And at Laughlin
Love the River
This is the best time of the year there

It should be noted that America is a Constitutional republic, not a democracy, and California is still part of that republic. This makes the California state government literally a criminal gang, that is, a group of people who work together to break the law. They have no legal authority to do what they are doing. But they get away with it because of a profound lack of will of the Court to do its sworn duty in defending the law.

Those who did not vote for the criminal gang do not deserve to live under its thumb. Not in America. According to American law the majority is limited in what it can do, and infringing on the right to be armed is a clear and undeniable part of that law.

I moved to Arizona about two years ago from Nebraska, and this state obeying the law written in the Constitution was one of the reasons. But AZCDL tells us that they are finding it harder and harder to hold the line because the liberal cult (my word, not theirs) is gaining ground here. This is generally assumed to be because so many refugees are streaming in here from third world countries like California and they bring their failed politics with them.

I considered Kingman and Laughlin but decided it's just too damn hot at those low elevations so I decided on a town at 5000 feet more in the center of the state. But I think I would have liked those places too; they seemed to have a lot going for them.

In her book Adios America Ann Coulter answers this question. As I assume you know, after our immigration laws were changed by traitors in 1965 we have been bringing in a million third world poor a year through legal immigration; these vote overwhelmingly liberal generation after generation. Since the strategy got underway in the early 70s our country has increased by about a third, roughly a hundred million, and most of that increase has been in the form of immigration from the third world. This is the single biggest reason for America's shift to the left.

California gets a disproportionate amount of this demographic change, and that's why it has the marxist, anti-freedom government it has. But since the influx of marxist voters is nationwide, California is a window into America's future if this strategy of political war remains on track.

In time Texas will fall to the liberal cult for the same reason California fell, and when Texas falls, America will fall. The electoral college will no longer keep the liberal cult from having absolute control over the federal government. The numbers simply do not lie. And this fall seems likely to happen within the next few election cycles at most.

This is important to understand, because leaving California will only provide temporary protection from the Moe, Larry, and Curly Joe you refer to. Once Texas falls, those clowns will control the federal government and the Court. The Constitution will no longer be the barrier between America and tyranny it was written to be; it will become a tool of the tyrant instead.

That makes stopping and reversing this strategy of political war the critical path to keeping our right to be armed, and all of our other freedoms.

Its not just CA, its the whole friggin country, and its been ongoing for at least a century now, and just getting worse, especially in the past few decades.

On one hand, we have what we are told are supposed to be "our rights", and on the other, you have reality. And reality has nothing to do with "your" rights.

We are getting to the point now, where they really dont care if the illusion continues or not. And I think thats pretty obvious.
