Default Infection risks?

What do you see as the biggest risks of infection for your SHFT AO? Off the top of my head I'm thinking drinking water vector ( what diseases? ), cellulitis and tetanus from cuts and wounds, as well as pneumonia. Tick-borne disease such as lyme. And thats on top of your cold&flu season maladies.

I would say this list assumes some modicum of water potability treatment.

I'm guessing infections from cuts and scratches. Keep note of hydrogen peroxide, alcohol, and Daken's solution and stay as clean as possible in a dirty environment. Also, get a tetanus booster every 10 years while things are "normal" (ha - like now can be called normal).

Safe drinking water resulting in GI distress would be a main concern of mine also. Not to be morbid but I believe the leading cause of death in many 3rd world countries is Gi distress diseases due to polluted bacteria infected water.
