Consider having the barrel threaded for a suppressor. If any of the rifles come with a flash hide that would work too. 7.62x39 load subsonic would be sweet.

If you want a really cheap way to try out x39, mcace in Alaska makes chamber adapters for 30.06 and I think 308 guns. Have some, but haven't tried them. They have to be removed with a shell extractor and may or may not be reusable.

I would like to hit center mass at 100 yards with an SKS. Not looking to shoot squirrels. Or even coyotes. 6 MOA? What other semi-auto rifle will do that under $500 and be legal in Connecticut?
