everything is a point, everything is a example or not important everything is a quote
Bit of a long read but here is a simple idea of what it would look like tried to make it simple as i could

ok let me break this down a bit, I wanna make a coalition across california, Coalition an alliance of sorts is comprised of smaller groups that are city level, and the coalition brings cities together, for operations and other events whether they be for information, Meets, operations, Relief efforts, Training or selling and buying gear on the person to person level,

this[B] Coalition will be broken down to about 3-5 Sectors, a sector will allow groups nearby to be connected and where groups can gather and meet, discuss and get help from, as an example would be a sector located in sacramento, this sector supports out to the border of nevada and gives support and brings other groups together, meaning I can have my own group in south sacramento and another group can be out in yuba city and we would stay connected and when we wanna do a operation we gather and mobilize,

Coalition > sector > Group > Squad > individual (hope this helps)

this group will be Extremely constitutional, everyone is elected via member vote all members vote, unless you wish not to, reason we need people in positions is for logistics just to send messages across to everyone and make sure everyone is up to speed on what is going on in other parts of the state, i was going to make this on a federal level but i thought it would be easier if citizens just created a coalition in other states and we can keep in contact the same way

PS Keep a look out for my next post regarding a city level group that im creating and have a lot of details about
