I am somewhat of a footwear enthusiast.... I have a shoe/boot/sandal/flip flop collection that could rival many women's in sheer volume of footwear.

Before retiring I was on my feet most of the day and if you are able to wear any KIND of shoe I would highly recommend looking into trying UnderArmour shoes. They make some workout shoes that are the most comfortable shoes in the world.... They also pay attention to the treads.... Meaning that their treads are super grippy and functional instead of just trying to look cool.

Their tactical boots are amazing as well.... I wear them all winter long and I have no need for insoles with them.

Another very comfortable brand of boots I discovered by accident is LABO... The are very inexpensive and comfy.....BUT they don't have quite the same insoles as UA does.
