I built out BOL chicken coup like Fort Knox & the enclosed run like a high security prison.

But, have still lost a few to Weasels, Martin's & I think Mink.
(they are Houdini critters can get into/out of about anything)

Certain times of the year let them free-range in the fenced garden & pasture.
Lost a couple to bobcats, hawks & foxes in broad daylight.

Once the dogs held off a yearling black bear trying to get over the pasture fence, to go after the chickens.
