To reiterate:

The Belgorod base sub is 604 feet long. 50% longer than our boomers.
They just launched this beast in April 2019

https://www.popularmechanics.com/mil...est-submarine/

It carries the Losharik sub that caught on fire and several Canyon nuclear powered torpedoes that travel at underwater speeds of 115 mph, and can deliver a 2 to 100 megaton warhead to a target up to 6000 miles away.

While we have been developing stealth bombers this is what they have come up with.

The "small" approx 60 meter long sub is thought to be deploying a seafloor listening net. (and may be tapping into our subsea cables).

And if they ever launch those torpedoes, several coastal cities could go up in huge fireballs with little or no warning.

This would appear to be an enormously important program, especially when you see who died in the fire incident.

"The following seamen were killed in the 1 July 2019 incident:[31][32]

But I agree there is no clandestine "Earthquake machine". That is just someone's paranoid fantasy unless someone has proof. .

Default Zetas Comment on the Losharik

The Zetas (see Zetatalk website Q&A chat) have just issued a comment on what transpired with the Russian sub. Apparently the incident involved Norway. They used Israeli subs though in order to hide their trail. As a member of NATO Norway's subs are reported and tracked, but Israel is not.
