Figure given current goings on there may be interest.

This should be a good enough review for this nonfiction book:

The first time I read it I was in Liberia.

Besides butt naked child warriors firing at the embassy, I conducted an aggressive anti-Malaria program. At least there was no Ebola outbreak.

I guess I should of said:

This is A nonfiction account of Ebola's weaker cousin.

I'd pretty well recommend you read the first chapter anyway.

Sorry, sometimes I take some points of knowledge for granted,

A great and scary read , we can only hope one of these don't clean our clock someday. One thing it does show me is that the CDC was not the smooth operators and the Army was . I don't see much of an improvement with the CDC when they are playing politics with Natures worst and fumble around getting the system up to speed. It's like watching the Three Stooges playing Doctors.

Just finished reading this book and had to go back and thank Nomad, 2nd again. It was riveting and scary and informative and makes me see that asking more questions is the only way to find out how to deal with these things. While the members fight over whose fault it was or whether the Thor family is alive, the real questions about transmission and incubation and protection need to be asked. The more different ways we look at the situation and the more real questions, the better. When we talk about whose fault it is what we really mean is what happened to cause the breach, so that we can avoid it and make technique better.

Is your doctor knowledgable of Ebola Reston and the other topics covered by the book?

He is somewhat familiar with the story. He told me that not many things get his attention, but this Ebola he says, has my attention. It scares him.
