If the world ever has a massive SHTF event that impacts Alaska, and a person has to survive off the land, please let it be a summer like this summer. With awesome weather, abundant salmon runs, Bushes heavily laden with Blueberry's. The wild raspberry's are just about harvest-able.

My place is already producing a bumper crop of blueberries and Rasberries. The blueberries are a bit tart this early but that's how I like them. I've not seen them this early before. The great summer has produced a great garden as well.
