Default What is a fitness blog?



Advertise Here

A fitness blog is for those people that are working on their fitness & weight.

Its a place for members to post their fitness information everyday.

Start a thread with your name, and post your information to that thread.

One thread and one thread only per user!


It will be a log of your fitness goals and your daily routine to reach those goals.

We are here to support our fellow members.

Example:

B (breakfast) - one egg and a cup of coffee

L (lunch) - chicken sandwhich with mayo and cheese

snack - sun flower seeds

D (dinner) - Tuna sandwich with mayo and sliced pickles.

Exercise - walked 3 miles after work.

Hit an awesome outdoor workout the other day.

1A) Overhead Squats / bodyweight squats (regression) x 10 reps
1B) Rope Climb / pull-ups or recline rows ( regression) x 1 rep
1C) Abdominal Movement x 15 reps

I set the clock for 20 minutes then worked on training.

Critical to be strong with everything going on in the word!
