We just got a heavy downpour. I didn't even see it coming. Rained in most open windows and I did a mad dash around the house yanking fans and closing windows. Go figure...

The AC is on now. Doesn't look like that crap is over.

More rain today. I felt it got kind of damp in the house. It wasn't exactly cold, but felt colder due to the humidity. Again closed the windows and actually turned on the heat for a bit. Weird how that works. I don't really mind warm weather or humidity all that much, but it was chilly in the house today, I assume it was a wet thing, and it cut right into me. The heat didn't help much though. All it did was make it more humid in the house. But at least it was a warm humidity.

It has been in the 90's for the past several days which has been nice. Back to the 100's for the weekend and early next week. It's that time of year.

Not really in San Antonio but close enough. 98% 35 % humidity and 10mph wind. Not really too bad since the humidity is not too high and we have wind.

68* F with rain and I hope it pours like gangbusters.
Was hotter than usual today, mid 80's, so, glad to see the rain.

Yeah, you can gloat now but just wait until January when you're an iceberg and I'm going out in shorts.

I'm getting a very late start this morning and I'll have to be home in less than two hours or risk having a heat stroke. After two days at home, I'm getting cabin fever.

The temp is only 83 but the real feel at 98 degrees right now with all the humidity kills me. It was hard to breathe outside this morning about sunup. It will be 116 real feel this afternoon.

The high point of my day will be buying spinach and parsley for my smoothies and stopping by Burger King for a junk food croissanwich. When I'm out, I sometimes get one for me and one for a homeless man who is always in his spot. I'm taking him two bottles of water that I froze for the next time I see him. That should hold him for a couple of hours.

I'm so grateful that I don't live in San Antonio or Yuma or Presidio which stopped giving out their temps long ago because they were tired of always being on the weather news as the hottest place in the nation. I think Yuma has that distinction now.
