2) The government's "legitimate interest" in people's masturbation habits takes precedence over the right to privacy. (Did someone claim this guy was in favor of small government? )

Ted Cruz has clearly read the Constitution. He demonstrates very little actual understanding of it.

I consider myself well informed. I don't trust any media (TV, radio and print) and nothing posted social media. I do my own research.

I watched all the debates and my biggest takeaway is that it's more about the celebrity moderators and ratings.

As an independent constitutional conservative, with some social issue flexibility, I will vote for the Republican nominee - never HRC!

Why not Cruz? Although he's intelligent and well spoken, I can see where he has lost some shine with many people. Even with all his positive attributes, he may have out slicked himself to where people view him as slippery.

I openly laugh at the people that keep repeating talk radio.

I listen to these people everyday...and it is so easy to pinpoint those that have zero free thought and just parrot what they hear on radio.

Nationalized banking system, higher taxes, higher tariffs means more cost to you and a progressive democrat that is what we will get. Do you really want the government deciding who you bank with? As far as "the wall" it's congress that is holding the money up. I hesitate to get into this discussion, but I have first hand experience with Trump, he is not a conservative, and he has as much baggage as Hillary, the press will have a feeding frenzy on both Hillary and Trump. I truly hope I am wrong for everyone's sake. If he is nominated get ready for roller coaster ride on the stock market. Also I don't like a cry baby and being threatened, if he does not like the game then get out because this is the way it has been done for 100 years. He had is opportunity back in August to influence change state to state and he didn't. Cruz is not perfect either nor was Rubio but he is a far sight better man than Trump. A man of integrity does not cheat then trade his wife in for a new model because he is bored. Trump is not about the Constitution and he will not put in a true conservative on the supreme court.

Was that before or after he ran a concentration camp in WWII Germany?
Good grief!

Actually he hasn't lied, his words have been misinterpreted.

I love my country and the Constitution, and Cruz is absolutely the worst choice, because he isn't a Natural Born Citizen.

Good News, Ted Cruz was handed his hat in Indiana. CRUZ has quit the race for President. Now, if we Texans can get rid of him from the US Senate that would be a good start. Cruz is a globalist NWO puppet, and Goldman Sux puppet.

Cruz..while he might be a constitutional scholar is a sanctimonious blow hard just like 95% of his followers.
Not a great way to win friends and influence people.
I'd love to see him on the Supreme Court but there is no way in hell he could get elected in a presidential race.
Moot point now that he is out... I'm voting for Trump because I will do anything not to have Hillary in the White House.
He is far from perfect, but Hillary is further.

He didn't have control of where they were made.

His MAGA hats, that he has control over, are made in the USA. The cheaper copies aren't.

LOL. the only lyin' piehole is painted orange from his spraytan.

I find it incredulous that people "fact-check" against the person they don't like. Too bad you didn't use it against the sham of a man, Frump....you'd have denied it anyway. Still will...........in 3..........2............1..............
