Awhile back I saw a thread on online training that had training for everyone whether they be teachers, leo, fire, emt, city management, most of these were emergency type training. Do any of you remember this post or know of any websites that do this.

I am uncertain about what training was posted formerly on these boards, but I do know that FEMA and Homeland Security both offer emergency training on their websites.
The training is free - however you do have to provide personal information for their database. If you are willing to do this, you can receive some basic Emergency Management training, as well as some situational training materials.
I have completed a number of these trainings for my job. For the most part, they are really quite basic, common sense training materials. There are however, some valuable nuggets of information in each training module.
I would suggest taking the NIMS training if you havent already done so. It provides a brief overview of command structure and provides case studies of actions taken during disaster events. It can provide an overview of the potential reactions if the SHTF.
I hope this is helpful, if this isnt what you were looking for, I apologize. Good luck!

Cheers.

In addition to online training, if you want some local training there is the Community Emergency Response Training (CERT). Usually sponsored by the local Fire Dept.
