Just found this forum and it looks interesting.

I'm a former wilderness survival instuctor. I have enjoyed multiple wilderness treks in Alaska, Manitoba, Colorado, Ontario, Minnesota and now in Arizona. Arizona is a new challenge because there was always a source for water in the other locatons, but it can be damn hard to find in Arizona.

We are getting ready to do another trek into the Superstion Mountains, the home of the elusive Lost Dutchman Gold Mine.

Hello and welcome "Home" - from the Big Sky Country" We have plenty of great wilderness areas here in MT.

If you find the Lost Dutchman - give me a call, I'm a miner and will come down and help carry all of the heavy metal!!

Hi, and welcome from central California. I'm looking at similar water source problems around here, though not as bad, I'm sure.

Believe it or not there is a lot of water in the desert as long as you stay away from the flat land.It just takes a lot of exploring.Welcome from another Desert Rat.
