Just curious - Are the any actual people on this website that live in Wyoming? Not new to being a survivalist, not new to Wyoming (well only 17 yrs here LOL), just new to this site and looking to network IRL with people.

Thanx

There are several others who will undoubtedly answer for themselves. I live in Shoshoni.

Northeast Wyoming here.

There are quite a few of us from around the state. We try to keep a low profile though in hopes that others will forget Wyoming even exist. As far as the Wyoming folks on this board are concerned, this state is full and has no room for anyone else. We are glad you found the board, but please don't go to bragging about Wyoming. When discussing this state, please list all the reasons why people should avoid even stopping here.

Here is the group that shows those who are on this forum and from Wyoming: https://www.survivalistboards.com/group.php?groupid=240

I think every state has its own group.

I also think there is much to brag about Wyoming although what I think and what people from cities think is probably different. From what I have learned about Wyoming is that there are more pronghorn antelope than people.
And many times more wild animals and the like than people. If you like people and big cities then Wyoming is not for you. Btw, about bragging is that I have seen some ads on TV advertising and telling people to visit Wyoming. But I probly better not give any links or purty pictures and so upset some who think that somehow Wyoming might become like Californy or some other big nasty state.

Years ago a workmate of mine from Colo. had a sign above his desk saying "Don't Californicate Colorado. But it happened anyhow.

There is already a bunch who have ruined Jackson. Cheyenne and Laramie are pretty much liberal cesspools.

Don't get complacent and think that this place can't be ruined, because it can be.

This.

I'm afraid for our state. I want to gag every time I HAVE to go to Denver or Fort COllins and would hate to see it happen here.

I rode my Harley through part of Wyoming one time. I don't remember if I saw anyone at all there. Just kiddin'.

Welcome, I did see some people around ?Kemmerer? when I hauled a load of drilling supplies there one February. How do you people stand that cold? My poor southern body was amazed. -28 degrees at noon. Brrrrr...

Occasionally during winter, we will get a tropical zephyr blow through and it makes it all worth it

I love Fremont County, and raised my sons here. My wife grew up here as well, and we all want to stay here. The worst thing about WY is the lack of jobs, but I would still rather be here than anywhere I have ever been. I grew up in Rockford, IL, and hated it. It is now extremely dangerous due to all the gangs.

I don't mind the tourists, but I hope they drive through, leave their money, and then go home! LOL

You are correct. If one looks at a map of California by land mass, they will see that most of the state is shall issue CCW and pretty conservative. There are a couple of large population center that control the state government because they out number the rest of the state. This trend has been going on for 50 years.

It's actually happening faster in smaller population states in the west. California has around 37 million legal citizens. Utah has just a few million and SLC and Park City are already going left. Nevada is almost controlled by Las Vegas. Now with Tesla and others moving jobs to Reno, there is a boom there and they love cheap illegal labor for the short run. Those illegals breed anti USA voters faster than rats breed. Nevada will fall soon.

Wyoming has been attracting some very rich statists to a few areas. With that comes the help who vote for more government and less freedom since these people love ignorant workers who are subsidized by government programs so they can pay substandard wages.

Be vigilant and be on the offensive.

Arizona has similar demographic problems but thanks to people like Doug Ritter (who left New York) from Knife Rights and many Californians who moved to Arizona and warned of what was coming, Arizona went on the offensive. You all need to do the same. You will not beat demographics. Fight.
