Annoying Pop-up Video

Either the new owners will stop annoying us or not. Plenty of people still listen to AM radio in spite of the fact there is only 20 minutes of programing per hour. My guess is the new owners are betting you will put up with two-thirds screen ads for every one-third discussion.

I don't think I've ever seen an ad, popup, video, popunder, or whatever from this site. Get a good adblocker and keep it up to date.

I use AdBlock Plus. This site is unusable without it.

I am not putting something on my computer. If the people here annoy me enough I will find something else to do. I think the moderator that suggested it is par for the course these day when it comes to customer service. The customer service motto today is, "Up your's."

I looked at something but it replaced my browser so I dumped it immediately. Actually the thing that really upsets me is more than annoyance. Having out of focus motion in my field of vision makes me ill if I have too much of it. I am going to cut a card to size and use it for masking when on this site.

Yup, its for Bond Arms and it is annoying. Even on my Chromebook, with the pop-up blocker on, it shows up.

Makes me want to stop using this website. Maybe, I will go elsewhere.

An ad blocker extension for your browser might help. Might as well do some clear caching. Just a thought.

I have crappy internet to begin with and the new video ads drag my bandwidth down so bad I can not use the site, tried emailing the techs on here but no response, can the owners do anything about this crap or is it "their ball and if I dont like it im free to go home". site is unusable to me as it stands right now.

They don’t reply to admins, mods, staff, or anybody as far as I can tell.

There’s several threads about this in the site suggestions section (which is where they should be) and we’ve never heard anything from them on it.

I have adblock plus and I've never seen a video ad on this site.

I also use the classic forum style "Green" (choose from the bottom dropdown list).

My ads went away, maybe I found a blocker that works. It's adguard for chrome os.
