I'm in southern OK and I've got 1 stalk of corn barely started (tried 4 total, the others didn't take, but I know it's early for it). I planted Onions and Garlic along with a few sprouts of Carrots, Broccoli, Cauliflower and some fruit. In another week, I'll start the second batch of seedlings which should go out in 3-4 weeks, depending on how I feel and things that are going on. Tomatoes and such will go in that batch.

I'm going to play the game of riding on the hot weather we're getting right now and run to protect them if need be...
