i am a bond arms fan, have several frames and multiple barrels (it is my one crazy indulgence in life, so sue me, haha). the bond arms roughneck/rowdy is less polished, less fitted and less smooth. mine wouldn’t accept regular b.a. barrels. after an hour long discussion with a reluctant b.a. csr i finally got approval to return it at my expense to b.a. for warranty service. i got it back quickly and sold it full disclosure. a used regular b.a. derringer with the upgraded action (wider trigger and hammer) can be a sweet deal. i am disappointed with b.a. and would stay far away from the roughneck/rowdy variants.
