Sounds like you should recheck your load data. Your load sounds like it produces a chamber pressure above 23k, which is 45 super territory.
This magnum powered 45 Super used thicker walled brass (originally cut down 308 win cases) and a fully suported barrel.

That said, I was never much impressed by the Delta Elite and other 10mm pistols based on the Colt 1911 design.
Too many broken guns.
