I like the looks of the "potato tower" idea, but that "bottom board" machination looks
to me like a recipe for a Fuming Mad Afternoon.

The instructions on that contraption say that you're supposed to pull the
oldest potatoes out the bottom and then add more dirt on top. But I don't
see how that can work.

don't freeze. But if you try that trick with cutting them up with one eye per piece and
then letting them scab...
