Why are you vacuum sealing? We pack our ground beef into the one pound freezer bags and tape off. They last many years. The steaks and such do well with the sealer though.

I think the best thing would be to get drink mixes that are powdered and just mix with water. Juices don't take long to ferment if not cooled. I often find some hard OJ around the house!
