Remember when Bush was in office and those banner ads on the internet would say: throw a water balloon at Bush and win a free laptop?

Well, I saw a banner ad that had two boxing gloves and Obama's moving face and it said: Knock out Obama!:D:

The Obamanator can't censor everything, can he? :thumb

I just thought I'd share that.

Maybe there is "hope" after all ... cuz I haven't been too impressed with the "change" so far! ;)

Yea, especially using boxing as there is a higher than average percentage of black people in that sport, not to mention the still lingering stigma from the Mike Tyson debacle.

Yes I have to agree here that this is purely racist! :D:

So your method of dealing with someone saying something you don't like is ad hominem attack and unfounded accusation?

How's that working out for you? Won any victories yet? At least in your own mind?

As for these 'OMG, OBAMA = DICTATOR!!" threads, it gets old. The fact that we are able to even say such a thing when in many places on Earth, such sentiments would get you an automatic trip to the gulag or wood chipper - feet first, and fed in slow - puts an automatic lie to the very comments being made. People like to talk about how Americans are spoiled; I think that extends to our ignorance of our freedoms, as well.

Well,it just could be that by calling on the unions to suppress protests at Town Hall meetings he is indeed censoring. And in doing so violating the First Amendment rights of the protestors.But golly gee,that would mean that he is violating the constituition that he has supposedly sworn to up hold,which would be an impeachable offense.And we know The Obomanator would never do something like that.

Everyone lighten up this is only a light hearted thread, and regardless of who is in the white house the sitting president is always the target of jokes, hate, and political cartoonist. Next election cycle it will be someone else we are making fun of or criticizing.

If there is a next time :D:

Oh damn that’s right I keep forgetting that he’s half white, but that’s probably because he takes after his father so much.

I bet its confusing a lot of other kids out there that come from mixed families because Obama was the first American African, oops African American that was elected who was considered black when he is actually mixed. We only get half the story on his race, just like when Obama talks, the nation only gets half the story. :D:
