In light of the other thread regarding the old man shooting someone stealing a potted plant from his yard, would you shoot to kill?
everything is situational my friend.Damn, really ?
Lets say some catastrophy hit your area and you find starving families picking your pears left and right, how many of them are you going to shoot?
Or is that a situational call ?
Funny , that is the answer I expected, from you.SHTF and people are taking my food, you are damn right I'd shoot them.
Not for nothing, but if most of the people on here are about old fashion government and values. Then, kids being kids should be the same. Just saying. At one time, kids used to be like Tom Sawyer.no but id grab em by the ears and walk em to there parents and demand restitution and a promise if there ever there again ill press charges
children are not to cognizant of a lot of things and there parents are responsible for there actions if there between 15+ tho its game on
And that my friend is called Good Judgment. I knew there was a reason you were all right in my book.everything is situational my friend.
and since no one will play out the same i can't say that they will all receive the same outcome but a family I would most likely talk to them see what there situation is and offer them to stay with us and help us farm the land I am all for making friends
I can be compassionate but there are principles i won't allow to be violated (I will make exceptions for some mitigating circumstances )
Guess I'm getting too predictable, I'm going to have to change my game upFunny , that is the answer I expected, from you.
And yet I think FarmerJohns answer will be much different.
I have no problem with that hell I got into plenty of trouble as a kid but the thing is its intent back then it was more harmless mischief now it is much more malicious in its intentNot for nothing, but if most of the people on here are about old fashion government and values. Then, kids being kids should be the same. Just saying. At one time, kids used to be like Tom Sawyer.
Honestly, I'm willing to admit that how I react could possibly change from what I believe I would do as I sit here and ponder the situation. Because of course every situation is different. The family stealing the pears might look different in reality than they do in my head picturing them. And depending on the situation of the disaster and of my preps. You couldn't change your game up and fool me Obsidian.
You would react to quickly to stimuli, that in itself can be dangerous friend, I say that from your responses that I read.
Yeah, that's insane.Living on the streets as a teenager taught me a lot of things about people, but more importantly situational awareness and physical violence. I know you because I have been you. Hell, I watched one brother gut another over a buck fifty.
A buck fifty....
